Magicard Tango ID Card Printer

The Magicard Tango offers professional speed double-sided ID cards in a desktop printer.

Using six panel (YMCKOK) dye film, the Magicard Tango can dowload and print a full double-sided card images in less than 25 seconds, giving a thorughput rate of over 140 cards per hour - even when every card is unique.

The Magicard Tango's high speed printing is facilitated by the new software drivers which offers on-screen printer status and extremely fast downloads via the built-in parallel and USB inface ports. This is in addition to the front access control buttons.

Every card is precleaned before printing with Magicard's T-card cleaning system. Changing ribbons is a snap with drop in dye film loading. You don't have to thread on the roller and the printer automatically detect the dye film type and informs your computer. All you have to do is add up to 100 cards to the open access feeder and go.

Protection from forgery is achieved thanks to Ultra's patented HoloKote system which cannot be copied or bypassed. This unique security feature imprints a repeating frosted security logo into the overcoat during the normal print cycle. A standard HoloKote logo is built into the Magicard Tango, but increased security can be achieved therought he use of an encrypeted custom logo which is electronically stored in a miniature 'Compact Flash' sized UltraSecure key. HoloKote costs absolutely nothing to use, and the custom logo turnaround times and set-up charges for Utlrasecure keys are minimal.
